Ingredients:

▪️Elderberry

▪️Star Anise

▪️Clove

▪️Turmeric

▪️Cinnamon Sticks

▪️Ground Ginger

▪️Ground Cinnamon

*Ground Pepper

Simply add the contents of a packet into a large pot of water. Bring to a boil and then cover and reduce to a simmer until the liquid has reduced slightly. Strain, and add honey* or maple syrup* to the liquid. Full directions come with each bag.

DO NOT give honey to babies under 1 year. For infants ages 6 months - 1 year you can substitute maple syrup instead of honey.

*NOT provided in kits. Honey should not be used for babies under 1.

It is smart to keep a kit or two on hand for when illness strikes. Preparation takes little effort and time. Prepared Syrup lasts 2 months in fridge, Home Brew Kits are shelf stable for up to 24 months.
